Returns & Exchanges

You can request a change at no additional charge if you meet any of the following criteria:
  • If the product you ordered is not the correct size
  • It has a manufacturing defect
  • The product is not the one ordered.

It is important to remember that this is only valid if the product you purchased has already been delivered and is within the 15 calendar days which you have for the exchange. All exchanges are made through a coupon for the total amount of your purchase within the established timeframe and conditions.

Warranty against manufacturing defects

For 15 calendar days after purchase, Clinik will accept exchanges or returns for defects in quality or manufacturing of any product. However, returns due to misuse of the product will not be accepted.

Exchange or claims policies
  1. If you wish to make a change or return to your order, you need to contact our Customer Service Center. 33 1400 2786.
  2. All changes are valid only within the first few. 15 calendar days after you have received your product.
  3. You must send your product in its original brand packaging .
  4. The product to be changed is necessary. has not been used .
  5. All changes are subject to a full product review To ensure that it has not been misused and has not been used previously, the product must have all the labels placed as originally sent.
  6. From the date you hand the package over to the shipping company, it will take 7 business days for the product to arrive at our warehouse.

  8. The return guide expires on 5 calendar days if it has been generated, so you must deliver the package to the courier within these 5 days .
  9. You can exchange it for the same product or a different one. Choose the one you like best !
  10. You can buy a higher value product and cover the difference by your preferred payment method.
  11. Claims for incorrectly stocked or incomplete orders must be made within 15 calendar days after receiving your package.
