You can request a change at no additional charge if you meet any of the following criteria:
  • If the product you ordered is not the correct size
  • It has a manufacturing defect
  • The product is not the one ordered.

It is important to remember that this is only valid if the product you purchased has already been delivered and is within the 15 calendar days which you have for the exchange. All exchanges are made through a coupon for the total amount of your purchase within the established timeframe and conditions.

Warranty against manufacturing defects

For 15 calendar days after purchase, Clinik will accept exchanges or returns for defects in quality or manufacturing of any product. However, returns due to misuse of the product will not be accepted.

Exchange or claims policies
