Parcel Delivery

Shipping on Clinik clothing is free nationwide on purchases over $2,500.00 from the website. If your purchase is less than $2,500.00, a shipping fee of $250.00 will be charged. Domestic shipments only are sent via DHL.

Delivery times

Due to the high demand for our products, order fulfillment times may vary from 1 to 14 business days depending on the availability of the garments.

Delivery and the frequency of parcel services are subject to restrictions, not necessarily to your home address. There are areas where the parcel service does not offer home delivery and only "pick-up at a collection point" applies. This delivery timeframe is between 3 and 7 business days and begins after payment verification and approval by any of the available methods, according to each method's processing times. This does not guarantee that your delivery will not be delayed for any reason, such as missing address information or if no one is available at the address.

If your package was returned to the courier because you weren't home, you can pick it up within 5 business days. After that time, the order will be returned to the Clinik warehouse, and you will receive a refund of the purchase price, less a $250.00 MXN processing fee.
