She is originally from Nayarit and her grandmother was the one who gave her the foundations for cooking and learning to bring out the flavors of the products.

The Chef first studied aviation and later continued with her passion… cooking, so she traveled to France. Its gastronomic bases are combined with traditions of Mexican stews without losing the essence and flavor of Mexican gastronomy.

Vázquez is recognized for her sauces, aguachiles, ceviches and fish served at the “El Delfín” restaurant. Its gastronomy is based on the concept of sea flavor and under the motto of “Ola a la Olla”.
